Having an existing site on Wigmore Street in London, Levant wanted to develop a format that could expand into a multi store roll out. Taking the existing brand identity and applying it to the packaging, menus & in store graphic communication, the first test site was the O2 Centre in Finchley.
The bright, vibrant market feel with open kitchen and long low counter allowed the diners to experience and enjoy the drama of the chefs preparation area. The eclectic use of a simple material pallet along with the bold brand personality lent itself to an effective high impact roll out which led to the nomination for the ‘Best Restaurant Multiple’ of the year by Restaurant Magazine.
