The well-established estate agency Sarah Mains have been leading the market throughout Low Fell & Gateshead for the last 10 years. However with the ongoing success in the local area it was felt the brand and customer experience needed to mature adding to the brands voice of authority in the market of the four quadrants of the Newcastle area.
Working closely with the client a new service model was created providing a warm, inviting, neutral space in which to introduce the
services and properties on offer. This leads to a more functional area for the staff. We made sure to keep transparency with the public removing all partition walls and introducing a floor to ceiling frontage. The use of large scale, side mounted screens enables high quality particulars to be displayed whilst retaining a clear visual connection with the ‘retail space’ within. Combining feature lighting,
soft upholstery, and warm timbers with high gloss lacquers provides a mature, homely and inviting environment.
